Job summary

EE in Truro is looking for a sales advisor to join a lively contact centre. You will take incoming calls from EE customers, listen carefully, and match them with the best phones, broadband, and tech products.

Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a friendly, target-driven team in a role that values problem-solving and quick thinking. The position is 20 hours per week, with shifts Monday to Friday 16:45–21:00, in our Truro location.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
