Job summary

EE in Truro is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our busy contact centre. You'll handle incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while explaining the different tech products we offer.

You should be a great listener and confident talker who loves talking to people. This part-time role is 20 hours a week with late shifts, training provided, uncapped commission and benefits including parking and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Experience in retail or hospitality helps when talking to customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from existing EE customers to find the best deals on phones and broadband.

Monday - Friday 16:45 PM to 21:00 PM

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
