Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

One Sided Coin is looking for a motivated and drivenSales Associateto join our team in Leith. This role offers a blend of office-based activities and field sales, where you will build relationships, explain our products, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Morning (Office-based):

• Morning Meetings:Attend daily team meetings where we discuss goals, strategies, and updates.
• Sales Theory & Training:Learn and apply the theoretical aspects of sales, including sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Preparation for Field Sales:Prepare for the afternoon’s promotional campaigns by reviewing materials, strategising, and ensuring you are equipped for customer interactions.

Afternoon (On-the-ground Sales):

• Independent Sales:Head out into the field to engage directly with potential customers, introduce the product, and build strong relationships.
• Closing Deals:Identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales, working towards personal and team targets.

Compensation:

• Hybrid Pay Structure:Receive both a guaranteed base pay and commission on sales.
• Uncapped Earnings:Your earning potential is unlimited with our uncapped commission structure. The more you sell, the more you earn.

Requirements:

• Self-Motivated & Independent:Able to work on your own and manage time effectively.
• Sales Experience (Preferred):Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we welcome those who are willing to learn.
• Excellent Communication Skills:Comfortable explaining products and engaging with customers in a clear and persuasive way.
• Positive Attitude:A drive to succeed and a passion for customer service.
• Full UK work visa
