Job summary

EE in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Sales Advisor to join a lively contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband and navigating the tech products EE offers.

Training is provided and there are targets with uncapped commission, plus benefits such as GP appointments, free parking, and product discounts. The role is permanent and based in the Newcastle area.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You’ll join a lively sales team in our contact centre. We’ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You’ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you’ll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
