EE is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our lively contact centre team in the Newcastle area. You’ll handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband and guiding them through our product range.

This permanent, full-time role offers a starting salary of £26,116, rising to £26,738 after eight months, plus incentives and bonuses. A great fit for energetic people who love talking to customers and want a clear career path with EE.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You’ll join a lively sales team in our contact centre. We’ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You’ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you’ll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
