You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers, help them find the best mobile and broadband deals, and match them with the right product. Start on £26,116 rising to £26,738 after 8 months, with incentives and bonuses.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You’ll join a lively sales team in our contact centre. We’ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You’ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you’ll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
