Job summary

EE is looking for a Part time Sales Advisor to join our Newcastle-based contact centre. You will work 20 hours per week in the evenings, with shifts Monday to Friday from 4:45pm to 9:00pm.

Start date is October 2026 onwards, with permanent employment and pro-rata earnings. You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband and guiding them through EE products.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You’ll join a lively sales team in our contact centre. We’ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You’ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you’ll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
