EE Gosforth (Gosforth Park Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8ET) or EE Tyneside (Silver Fox Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE27 0QJ) is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor. You will work 20 hours per week in the evenings, from 4:45pm to 9:00pm, starting October 2026.
You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through our tech products. You should be a great listener and a fluent talker.

You'll join a lively sales team in our contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.
You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
