H&T Group Ltd in Mansfield is hiring a Store Colleague to be the face of our leading pawnbroker and retailer. You will welcome customers, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions while learning our services through full training.

This part-time role offers a starting hourly rate of £12.75, rising to £13.44 after training, with discretionary bonuses up to £2,000 per year based on KPIs. Flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.

Salary: Starting rate £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.44 once full training has been completed

Ideally we are seeking a Romanian specker due the ci=ustomer base of the store, However this is not a requirement.

The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro-rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome.

You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn.
