H&T Group Ltd in Sutton is seeking a Store Colleague for a part-time role (22.5 contracted hours) with starting pay £13.52/hour, rising to £14.21 after full training. Location is Sutton.

You’ll be the friendly face in-store, helping customers with pawnbroking, retail sales and financial products, with full training provided. There is strong progression, a discretionary bonus up to £2,000 per year based on KPIs, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No pawnbroking experience required; interest in people and willingness to learn.
• Full training and support provided to build confidence in a fast-paced environment.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus but not required.

Salary: Starting rate £13.52 per hour, increasing to £14.21 once full training has been completed (Includes London Weighting Allowance)*

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required

The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro-rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

About The Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome.

You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn.

We'll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
