Job summary

H&T Group Ltd in Cardiff Canton is looking for a Store Colleague to join our high‑street jewellery and pawnbroking network. You’ll deliver friendly, practical help to customers, with training provided to build confidence in pawnbroking, retail sales and financial products.

This part‑time role offers 15 contracted hours per week, a starting rate of £12.75 per hour rising to £13.44 after training, and a discretionary bonus scheme up to £2,000 annually based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in pawnbroking is not required; training will be provided.
• Strong people skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with integrity in a busy environment.

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required

The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro-rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome.

You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn.
