H&T Group plc is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant in Leeds (30 hours per week). The role offers a starting rate of £12.75 per hour, with training that increases the rate to £13.44 once completed. A discretionary bonus of up to £2,000 per year (pro-rated) is available based on performance.

You will join a large chain known for jewellery and pawnbroking in a customer-facing store environment. The position requires flexibility across weekdays and weekends, with four days out of six on a rota.

Salary: Starting rate £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.44 once full training has been completed

Location: Leeds

Job Type: Part-time - 30 Hours - This will be 4 full days - Must be flexible to work 4 days out of 6 on a rota basis

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required

The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro-rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

About the Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome.
