H&T Group plc in Harehills is hiring a Deputy Store Manager for a full-time role. You’ll lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily store operations, and drive financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role offers a starting salary of £28,250 per year plus discretionary bonus up to £2,400. Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits program supports staff wellbeing and development.

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.

About the Role

As a Deputy Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a motivated, well-trained team to deliver personalised exceptional service to all of our customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly, meets financial goals, and remains compliant with all regulatory and company standards. You’ll also help create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel proud of their work and valued in the company. No prior experience with Pawnbroking is required as we offer a comprehensive training programme to ensure you feel confident and supported in all aspects of the role.
