Harvey & Thompson Limited, a leading pawnbroker and jewellers, seeks a Store Colleague for a part-time 20-hour role in Bedford. You will greet customers, guide them through pawnbroking and retail services, and ensure accurate transactions while upholding compliance and store standards.

Salary: Starting rate £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.44 once full training has been completed

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required

The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro-rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

About the Role
