Job Title: Sales Assistant

Our Sales Assistants always put our customers first by greeting and assisting them, providing the best service with a smile, and maintaining excellent store standards. You will help create a welcoming environment and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship (England & Wales).

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful
• Respond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately
• Ensure product availability and replenish stock as directed
• Work as part of the store team to create a fun and friendly environment
• Live the company values, focusing on responsibility and teamwork
• Handle cash and operate tills accurately
• Implement store changes and promotions promptly and precisely

You should be flexible with your working hours, including shifts if required.
