Our Sales Assistants always put our customers first by greeting and assisting them, providing the best in-town service with a smile, and helping to maintain excellent store standards. At the core of our stores, you will create a welcoming environment and deliver the best service and experience to our customers.

This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship (England & Wales).

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

• Ensure excellent customer service is provided in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful
• Respond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately
• Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment
• Live the company values, focusing on taking individual responsibility and working towards team goals
• Deliver accurate cash handling and till operational procedures
• Communicate store changes and promotions in a timely and precise manner

You will need to be flexible with your working hours, including shifts.
