Job description

If you are passionate about customer service and pride yourself on maintaining the highest standards, we would like to talk to you. The shifts will be from 9pm to 7am and typically 3-4 times a week, increasing closer to Christmas.

This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

As a Sales Assistant you will:

1. Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
2. Respond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately.
4. Maintain product availability by replenishing stock as directed.
5. Contribute to a fun and friendly store environment as part of the team.
6. Live the company values by taking individual responsibility and working towards team goals.
7. Handle cash and operate tills accurately and responsibly.
8. Implement store changes and promotions promptly and precisely.

You need to be flexible with your working hours, as shifts may be required.
