schuh in Merry Hill is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service to children and their guardians, share expert product knowledge and help meet personal KPIs.

• Process payments, customer orders and reservations.

• Maintain high standards on shop floor and in back areas.

We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Assistant to join our kids store in Merry Hill.

Candidates must have weekday availability.

About what you’ll be doing -

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible to both child and their parent/guardian
• Offering our free measure and fitting service to our little customers
• Providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown proceduresPrevious experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
