Job summary

schuh in Bath is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our store team. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, greet customers, and share in-depth product knowledge while supporting daily store operations.

You’ll process payments and orders, help with stock and merchandising, and contribute to achieving KPIs. Full training is provided and previous experience is not essential, with flexible hours to suit you.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
• Previous experience in retail is not required; full training will be offered.
• Ability to deliver excellent service and demonstrate product knowledge.

About what you’ll be doing

Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge

Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets

Processing payments, customer orders and reservations

Stock management and shop floor merchandising

Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back area.

Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/ or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
