Job summary

Deichmann in Poole is looking for a friendly Sales Assistant to join our team. You will greet customers, provide product information, and operate the till. The role supports stock replenishment, shop-floor cleanliness, and teamwork to achieve KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time position offers 20 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 and potential sales commission, rewarding dedication and customer service excellence.

Job description

• Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
• Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
• Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI's.
• Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
• Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.
• Any additional ad hoc duties, as and when required. A positive, can do attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
