Job summary

Deichmann Swindon is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at 48 The Parade. This part-time role offers a 4-hour contract with a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 and a potential hourly commission.

You will engage customers, process sales at the till, restock shelves, and work with your team to hit store targets while keeping the shop floor clean and welcoming. Energy, a positive attitude and strong customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers and provide helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
• Serve customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
• Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI’s.
• Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
• Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the shop floor is always kept clean and tidy, to a high standard.
• Any additional ad hoc duties, as and when required.

Purpose

Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Swindon store. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission. At Deichmann, our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. This is a part time, permanent position and you will be contracted to work 4 hours per week.
