Job summary

Deichmann SE in Corby is looking for a Sales Assistant on a 12-hour contract. You will earn up to £12.91 per hour plus hourly sales commission. Start date is immediate, with part-time 12-hour weeks at Willow Place Shopping Centre, Corby NN17 1SW.

Join a fast-paced retail team, delivering excellent customer service, handling transactions, and contributing to store targets while maintaining a tidy, well-stocked shop floor. Flexible scheduling across Monday to Sunday is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Approach customers and provide product information.

Purpose : Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Corby store.
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission.

This is a part time, permanent position and you will be contracted to work 12 hours per week.

Key activities

• Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
• Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
• Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI’s.
• Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
• Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.
• Any additional ad hoc duties, as and when required.
