Job summary

Deichmann in Stockport is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor. You will greet customers, provide product information, process till transactions, and promote complementary products to boost sales.

The role requires teamwork, energy, and a positive attitude. You will work 16 hours per week with flexible days, on-site, and the possibility to earn up to £12.91 per hour plus commission, as you help maintain stock levels and a tidy, inviting

Responsibilities

You will have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, the ability to work well within a team, the stamina to work on a fast-paced shop floor and the capacity to work calmly under pressure. Key activities:

• Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
• Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
• Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI's.
• Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
• Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.
