WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INVOLVE?

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the store management team, focusing on driving turnover and revenues based on lean principles. You will be an ambassador of the Ryman brand, with a strong focus on customer service.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Represent Ryman and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group by demonstrating enthusiasm for the business and sharing your knowledge with customers.
• Handle customer complaints and difficulties professionally, including returns, to ensure customer retention.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and objectives set by the Store Management Team.
• Engage with customers, identify their needs, and assist in product selection through high product knowledge, highlighting promotions, and upselling.
• Replenish stock and maintain stock system accuracy when required.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Develop high levels of product knowledge and continue self-development.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales by offering relevant additional items.
• Follow all Health and Safety policies.
