The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well,” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams.

We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to work with Marta and the team at our Regent Street store.

This contract offers 12 hours per week (overtime available). Candidates must be fully flexible to work on weekends and some weekdays. Please confirm your full availability in your application.

What you will be doing

As a Sales Assistant at CT, you’ll be responsible for generating and maximising sales by providing exceptional customer service. You will be trained with expert product knowledge to stay updated on the latest ranges and promotions. Working as part of a large, high-performing team, you will support and collaborate with colleagues to enhance team efficiency and store success.

Your duties will include stock-related tasks such as stock checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries. You will also ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store housekeeping, adhering to VM and Health & Safety guidelines.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have some retail or hospitality experience focusing on customer service. Experience in stock room operations is beneficial.

High enthusiasm, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Your ability to quickly build rapport with customers and deliver excellent service will determine your success in this role.
