Job summary

Fred Perry is seeking a Part Time Seasonal Sales Assistant in Livingston to support customer experience and retail excellence. You will be a key ambassador of the Fred Perry brand, helping create an inviting store environment and assisting customers as well as store operations.

You will join a growing team, with responsibilities across front-of-house and stockroom, and opportunities to learn about products, trends and retail best practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly and courteously on entering the store.

• Provide feedback to managers, designers and buyers.
• Keep shop floor and stockroom well organised, stocked and visually appealing.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and follow security protocols to deter loss.
• Use product knowledge to identify customer needs and address them.
• Explain the returns policy to strengthen customer relationships.
• Foster a cheerful, cooperative team atmosphere.
• Deliver friendly, professional communication in person and on the phone.
• Engage in ongoing learning about the company, products and retail trends.

Part Time Seasonal Sales Assistant (3-4 Days)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers promptly and courteously upon entering the store.
• Create loyal customers by representing and living the Fred Perry brand values, prioritising excellent service over transactional sales.
• Support managers, designers, and buyers by providing relevant customer feedback.
• Help ensure the shop floor and stockroom are well organised, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and contribute to loss prevention by following security protocols.
• Utilise your product knowledge to discover and address the needs of each customer.
• Understand the returns policy and use it as a tool to strengthen customer relationships.
