Job description

shoezone has an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our team based in Southport. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary dependent on age. After being with the Company for 3 years, you will be on the national minimum wage for 21+ year olds regardless of your age. You will also receive career development opportunities and great benefits.

This position requires you to work 3 days out of 7 for 16 hours per week. Flexibility for the rest of the week is also required, and the core rota is subject to change based on the needs of the business.

The Sales Assistant Role

We don’t expect you to know shoezone inside and out from day one. That’s why we provide training and development to equip our Sales Assistants with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to excel. A genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping people, along with a motivation to learn and grow, are essential.
