Mountain Warehouse Ltd. is hiring a Sales Assistant to support in-store operations and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will process transactions, maintain floor presentation, and stay informed about promotions to advise customers effectively.

You will collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and help create a welcoming store environment that reflects the Mountain Warehouse brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Accurately process transactions and handle various payment methods with efficiency.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing, with products attractively displayed and fully stocked.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate advice to customers.
• Help set up and run in-store promotions and displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Build strong connections with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Represent Mountain Warehouse with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Commit to delivering outstanding customer service and share enthusiasm for retail with colleagues during daily tasks.
