1. Customer Service – Greet and assist customers, offer styling advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

2. Product Knowledge – Understand the brand’s products, fabrics, and collections to answer questions and make recommendations.

3. Sales – Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and meeting targets.

4. Merchandising – Keep the shop floor tidy, replenish stock, and ensure displays are visually appealing.

5. Cash Handling – Operate tills, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges accurately.

6. Stock Management – Receive deliveries, manage inventory, and report stock issues to managers.
