Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience.
• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining visual standards.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, styling suggestions and purchases.
• Process transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Support the team in achieving store sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
