Job summary

schuh in Lakeside is seeking Temporary Sales Assistants to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

You will assist with stock, process payments, and support opening/closing procedures. Full training is provided, and previous experience isn’t essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for Temporary Sales Assistants to join our store in Lakeside.

Candidates must have flexibility both weekday evenings and weekends and availability over Black Friday and Christmas.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing –

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
