Job summary

Smiggle UK in Exeter is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to join our team. You will help maximise store performance while delivering fun, memorable customer experiences and boosting sales in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You’ll build product knowledge, work collaboratively with colleagues, handle deliveries and stock, and even open or close the store on a roster. If you’re energetic, reliable and eager to learn, apply today.

Responsibilities

• Maximise store performance and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Communicate effectively with the team and be flexible with shifts, including weekends.
• Support stock, process deliveries quickly, and keep floor stock levels optimal.
• Maintain VM standards and store presentation consistent with brand.
• Open and close the store as part of the roster.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and assist with purchases.

Join us at our Exeter Smiggle Store as a Sales Assistant!

As a Sales Assistant you will become part of the Smiggle team to help maximise store performance whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences, boost sales in a fast-paced, hands-on environment; all while playing with the products – approaching every day with an attitude of fun!

• Have strong, consistent communication with the team to work collaboratively with all team members
• Show reliability and flexibility with rostered shifts to ensure the store is supported, including weekends and support other stores where needed
• Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve brand KPIs, store ad individual sales targets
• Create a genuine and unique experience with every customer
• Maintain product knowledge and confidently communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Process new incoming deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor to drive sales
• Maintain the VM standards to deliver the brand experience
• Maintain store presentation and housekeeping standards
• More responsibility, you'll be opening and closing the store
