Job summary

Climate Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking a Sales Assistant in Maidstone. You will serve customers at the counter, answer inquiries by phone and email, and assist with warehouse tasks and merchandising. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and bonus potential.

• Complete general warehouse duties, including picking/packing orders, putting away deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.

As a Sales Assistant based in our Maidstone branch, you’ll be responsible for:

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously with a proactive attitude, along with general office duties.
• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 17:00 pm.
