You will serve customers at the counter, answer inquiries by phone and email, and assist with warehouse tasks and merchandising. Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Technical knowledge on Climate products or merchant experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter by understanding needs and providing product recommendations.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude plus general office duties.
• Complete general warehouse duties, including picking/packing orders, putting away deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.
