WHAT WE OFFER

• Start Date for this role will be 5th July.
• Hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
• Part time: 16 hours per week working 4 days out of 7, including late evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends.
• Part time: 24 hours per week working 4 days out of 7, including late evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends.

• You are skilled at forward planning, can handle several tasks at once with ease, and take pleasure in being a team member as well as fulfilling responsibilities on your own.
• You have a customer-first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
• You take initiative, make well-informed choices, and engage with your daily tasks.
• You can prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available with great attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• You provide an inspirational shopping experience for our customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
• You are always interested in the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design.
• You support improving sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting.
