Job summary

Costa Coffee at WHSmith, Royal Blackburn Hospital, is seeking a Barista to join our team for 30 hours per week. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality drinks, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. You’ll work independently or as part of a team to uphold our store standards.

You’ll need to be flexible across early mornings, evenings and weekends, with occasional overtime. Training is provided, and employee discounts apply as part of our perk package.

As a Barista in Costa Coffee - WHSmith at Royal Blackburn Hospital, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality drinks, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all our customers. You’ll work independently or as part of a team to deliver fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

Hours:

This position is for 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional overtime hours depending on business needs.

Due to the operating requirements of our Costa Coffee store at Royal Blackburn Hospital, full availability is required. Applicants must be able to work flexibly across different days and shifts.
