This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting the team in the successful operation of the gym, with a focus on driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.

Job Description

  • Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
  • Demonstrate our elevated ways of working
  • Support the FUNDAMENTALS sales process, leading by example and training the team to improve confidence and performance
  • Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members
  • Manage activity planners for the gym, ensuring they are thorough and well executed
  • Implement strategies to increase lead generation internally and externally
  • Monitor dashboards and KPIs, sharing insights with the team
  • Drive revenue from memberships, products, and secondary sales
  • Deliver monthly sales presentations to management
  • Build relationships with local businesses for partnerships
  • Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor
  • Participate in national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
  • Provide regular, constructive feedback to support team development
