You will handle both sales and purchase invoices, manage invoicing through Aviva’s portal, process supplier bills for automotive garages, and run weekly payment cycles while resolving queries from garages and staff.

Responsibilities

• Process sales invoices using the Finance system and invoice Aviva using the in‑house portal.
• Process supplier invoices from automotive bodyshops around the country.
• Organise weekly payment runs to ensure partner garages are paid on time.
• Deal with queries from garages and colleagues across the business.
• Support the invoicing system and contribute to accurate customer solutions.
• Assist with opportunities for contract extension or progression to permanent roles.

As one of our dedicated Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistants you will be responsible for processing both sales and purchase invoices and handling queries as part of our Milton Keynes based finance team on a Fixed Term 6 month contract.

Responsibilities

Our Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistants are responsible for processing sales invoices usingour Finance system as well as invoicing Aviva using their in-house portal. You will also be processingsupplier invoices from automotive bodyshops around the country, carrying out checks and controls as necessary. You will be organising weekly payment runs to ensure that our partner garages are paid on time, as well as dealing with queries from garages and colleagues around the business. We empower our people to go above and beyond to make the right decisions and with the training provided you will be able to operate the smooth-running of the invoicing system and ultimately provide the best solution for each and every customer. No two customers are the same and our focus on ‘getting people back to normal’ is at the heart of what we do. Opportunities for contract extension and to move to a permanent contract available for those displaying the right capabilities and behaviours.
