The role hinges on strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, strong financial management, and a commitment to health and safety compliance. Travel across the region is expected as part of the leadership remit.

This role supports our centres across Greater London, with travel throughout the wider region.

We're looking for an experienced Regional Operations Lead to provide leadership across multiple repair centres within a designated region. This is a key role responsible for driving operational performance, developing high-performing teams, ensuring consistent customer outcomes and delivering strategic business objectives.
