We are a fast-growing commercial property company looking for a passionate and organised sales and marketing associate to join our friendly team and carve a long-term career within the company.

Role Description

Based in Farringdon, London, this will be a varied role offering administration support at all levels across the team. The successful candidate will be friendly and enthusiastic, with high levels of organisation, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage their own time effectively. You must have strong communication skills and be comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels of seniority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating property availability on various platforms
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Broker relations
  • Logging enquiries on CRM
  • Creating property brochures
  • Sending mailouts to office brokers and agents
  • Organising and booking tours
  • Managing online marketing campaigns
  • General support to operations team where needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive approach to tasks
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Creative eye and attention to detail
  • An interest in the commercial property industry (Although full training will be provided)
  • Prior experience working in an office environment.
  • Strong customer service skills

25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
