Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Strategies: Create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and relocation providers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media efforts, and traditional advertising to boost online and offline presence.
  • Event & Partnership Management: Organise events, collaborate with partners, and negotiate contracts to promote the hotel’s unique offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering an environment of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyse market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure targets are met.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in B2B sales and global market outreach.
