Although the role is based at Best Western Northfields Ealing Hotel, located conveniently at Northfields Station, the role is there to assist with all Sales and Marketing requirements of UNO Hotels. We are looking for results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our growth strategy forward.

Job Summary:

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in increasing revenue, expanding brand awareness, and fostering strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring that UNO Hotels maintains a strong presence in the competitive hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients, event planners, and leisure guests.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive bookings and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales promotions and guest experiences.
  • Organize and participate in networking events, sales meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and insights for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
