Investec is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join the D365 Digital & Technology team, supporting the bank during a major transformation to a fully cloud-native & SaaS technology stack, built on Azure. The team leverages D365 as the backbone of business processes.

The D365 Digital & Technology team plays a central role in this transformation, shaping the future state and delivering digitalisation, automation, and data insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong product expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and a deep understanding of banking, but candidates with either a strong Dynamics background or significant banking knowledge with Product Owner experience will also be considered.

This key role involves defining and delivering the D365 product for an entire business value stream, acting as product owner from analysis through to benefits realization in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

• Act as the Product Owner throughout the full business lifecycle.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
• Conduct business analysis, needs assessment, and process mapping.
• Facilitate workshops to encourage creative thinking.
• Apply D365 expertise to solve business problems and drive digitalisation.
• Manage change initiatives, including process definition and training.
• Perform technical analysis and data mapping.
• Stay updated with new Microsoft platform functionalities and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Full lifecycle experience with CRM programs in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in banking across various financial products and customer segments is desirable.
• Proficiency in Dynamics configuration and Agile working experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including creating process maps and user stories.
• Flexible attitude, critical thinking, and tech problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for workshops and training.

Desirable Skills:

• Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with low-code D365 development.
• Basic SQL database knowledge.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft tools and Agile environments.
