As a Product Owner: Interlok, you'll be joining our dynamic Product team within TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods, focused on evolving our cloud-based Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) solution. Our Interlok platform is the backbone of the Proagrica Network, enabling enterprises to seamlessly integrate with major systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and PeopleSoft. We're a passionate group of innovators who believe in the power of connection, working together to simplify complex data integration challenges and deliver exceptional value to our customers globally.

What You'll Do

  • Drive product vision and strategy alongside Product Management, translating market trends and customer feedback into actionable roadmaps
  • Lead the creation and prioritization of the product backlog, crafting detailed user stories that guide our engineering team's development efforts
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences that delight our customers
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communications, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
  • Oversee release planning and scope management, balancing stakeholder expectations with resource constraints
  • Work closely with the engineering team to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality deliverables
  • Create compelling demo scripts that showcase our product's value proposition to stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner (3-5 years) with a strong track record in product management
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience facilitating scrum ceremonies
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex integration platforms and enterprise software
  • Experience in backlog management and writing detailed user stories
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities

Great-to-Haves

  • Experience with B2B SaaS products and IPaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or PeopleSoft
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and prototyping tools
