JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Assistant - Hybrid

LOCATION: Swindon

SALARY: £28,000 - £34,000

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent

The COMPANY

Our client is a well-established not-for-profit trust, now one of the UK's largest organisations in their field, employing over 4000 people. They operate 70 care homes across six counties.

They strive to remain at the forefront of innovative practice and care delivery. Our client is seeking a Marketing and Sales Assistant in the Southwest region.

The ROLE

The Sales and Marketing Assistant will be required to:

1. Take ownership of, and monitor, the qualified leads generated by marketing activity, and work with the Care Home Manager and Customer Service team to arrange tours of the relevant Care Home and manage the customer journey.
2. Identify and attend local networking opportunities to engage with key local stakeholders and develop relationships to build referral opportunities.
3. Develop and manage community and stakeholder outreach events.
4. Source and develop effective local marketing lists, tools, kits, templates, and collateral for stakeholder engagement.
5. Actively contribute to social media activity.
6. Develop relationships with key local media to encourage earned coverage, growing awareness and a positive reputation.
7. Liaise closely with the care homes and the central marketing team.
8. Organise and manage events both inside and outside of the care homes to build awareness and relationships with local stakeholder groups.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days a week working from home.
