The Recruitment Experts are assisting a leading independent estate agency to recruit a Sales Negotiator for West Nottingham. You will manage the sales process from inquiry to completion, building strong relationships with buyers and vendors to progress deals and maximise income.

The role offers a basic salary of £25,000-£28,000 with OTE £40,000+ and a Monday–Friday schedule with 1 in 3 Saturdays. A confident, target-driven professional with excellent communication will excel.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's residential estate agency experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate and progress sales.

Sales Negotiator - West Nottingham

We are working with a leading independent estate agency to find an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team in West Nottingham.

The Package

• Basic salary: £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience
• OTE: £40,000+
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm

About You

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator with at least 1 year's estate agency experience who is confident dealing with buyers and sellers and motivated by delivering results.

You'll ideally have:

• At least 1 year's residential sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proven ability to generate and progress sales
• Excellent customer service skills

The Role
