Pear Recruitment Sales & Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Manager Colliers Wood

Salary - £23,000 + Commission (OTE £54,000 Plus Car Allowance or company car)

5 Day week - Monday to Friday: 9am - 6.30pm, Every Saturday: 9am - 4pm. Day off during the week.

Our client is currently searching for a dynamic, results-oriented, and determined Sales & Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Manager to join a successful team based in Colliers Wood. An independent estate agency, established for over thirty-four years, with an excellent local reputation for customer service and client interaction.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to drive their career forward. You will be joining a hardworking team with a great working relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Branch Manager in driving business growth.
  • Targeted monthly Sales and Lettings new business deals.
  • Personal commission on all deals directly responsible for, plus commission from solicitor and financial service referrals.
  • Responsible for own Sales progression until completion.
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Working alongside the Branch Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Sales and Lettings within an estate agency.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of the South West London property market.
  • ARLA qualification is preferred but not essential; we encourage obtaining it while working with Ellisons.
