Monil’s virtual fencing collars are already helping 600+ farmers manage livestock more efficiently. This saves them time, money, and stress. Now we’re growing in the UK, and looking for someone who can drive sales and help farmers succeed with our product.
As a Sales and Farmer Success Manager for Monil, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in the UK market. In low season, you’ll be responsible for expanding Monil’s customer base and turning leads into loyal users. During the grazing season, you will onboard new customers and support existing ones.
We're looking for someone who excels at building trust with farmers, building relationships, and closing deals that involve multiple decision-makers.
What you’ll be responsible for
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales through outreach and personalized and consistent follow-ups. You’ll work toward clear targets.
- Represent Monil at demo days, fairs, and key customer meetings.
- Build relationships and act as the primary point of contact for farmers and a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure lead quality and align timing, messaging, and effective follow-ups.
- Use tools like HubSpot and Shopify to track activity, stay organized, and improve performance.
Customer Success & Implementation
- Support new and existing farmers so they gain maximum value from our products.
- Onboard customers by guiding them through the setup and adoption of our virtual fencing technology.
- Share feedback with the product team and gather customer insights to enhance our solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues by using system data and support tools. Guide farmers through solutions and ensure a seamless experience.
What we’re looking for
- You have experience in sales, customer success, or related commercial roles (ideally in Agtech, SaaS, or with technical products).
- You either come from farming, or know how to build trust with farmers. Experience with cattle is a big plus.
- You’re the kind of person who sees opportunities, not obstacles, and you’re excited to help build something from the ground up.
- You naturally build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- You’re self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You understand technical products and can explain them in a simple and relatable way.
- A valid Category B driving licence is required.
What success looks like after 6–12 months
We’re hitting our sales targets and you’ve been instrumental in closing leads and getting us there. Leads are followed up fast, and deals are closing steadily. Customers feel supported, seen, and confident in the product, and they refer others. You’re working efficiently and consistently in our sales systems, and you actively share knowledge with the rest of the team.
