Job description

Leading systems integrator requires a Customer Success Manager. You will provide professional performance reviews and consultancy services to a varied client base.

Customer Success Manager - £50-60k + Benefits

Work From Home - UK Wide. Ref: 24534

Key responsibilities include managing the retention and growth of support and service agreements, preparing proposals, and monitoring financial and operational performance. You will attend client performance review meetings and renewal negotiations.

Customer Success Manager - The Role:

  1. Calculate and prepare contract proposal documentation.
  2. Attend client meetings to review SLAs and future site needs.
  3. Manage interface with Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  4. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  5. Analyse, forecast, and report financial performance of service contracts.
  6. Identify and share market trends and customer needs.
  7. Propose, discuss, and implement action plans.
  8. Support the launch of new services and tools via contract negotiations and promotions.
  9. Demonstrate delivery performance value to customers.
  10. Mitigate risks and meet order intake, revenue, and margin targets.
  11. Apply best practices, identify opportunities for cross and up-selling, and ensure contract and site meeting deadlines.

Customer Success Manager - The Person:

  1. Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Contract Manager, or similar role.
  2. Experience in document creation and value-pricing.
  3. Experience working with senior customer stakeholders.
  4. Consultative selling experience.
  5. Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships.
  6. A degree in communications or marketing is preferred.
  7. High computer literacy.
  8. Knowledge of customer success processes.
  9. Willingness to undertake UK business travel.
