Job summary

Kia UK Limited is offering a 12-month fixed-term internship in Sales at our Walton-on-Thames Head Office. The role provides analytical, operational and administrative support to the Sales function, with exposure to planning, reporting and cross-functional coordination.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues to support accurate reporting, aid decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across the wider Sales team. We welcome recent graduates seeking practical business experience.

Responsibilities

• Dealer performance reporting and trend spotting across the network.
• Support Area Sales Managers by tracking vehicle supply, forecasts and delivery performance.
• Assist with sales planning, forecasts and performance reporting.
• Analyze sales and dealer data to uncover insights and improvements; create dashboards and reports.
• Prepare materials for sales meetings, business reviews and presentations.
• Help improve sales tools, systems and processes; identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with field teams and dealers to support projects and continuous improvement.
